Giving a real taste of the northern and southern Rhône Valley for nearly two centuries, the Jaboulet family has shared a common passion for this region and has been producing wines that represent generations of hard work and a passion for excellence. In order to perpetuate these values, Jaboulet adheres to an unswerving commitment to improving the terroir, and combining both traditional and modern processing in both the vineyards and cellars, while respecting the environment at the same time. The Jaboulet vineyard has been most famous for their iconic label “l’Hermitage la Chapelle”, a 1961 vintage composed of a blend of Syrah grapes, and classed as one of twelve mythical bottles of the twentieth century. Only a small number of bottles and magnums are kept by the Jaboulet family and in a few cellars elsewhere in the world.
